BATTLEGROUND PROGRAMS
Kids Martial Arts/Self Defense Class
Tuesday and Thursday 6:30pm to 7:30pm
1 hour fun filled interactive training including word of the week to continue developing our mindset along with warm up to get the body ready for class. We then teach striking and self-defense techniques and last man standing drills.
Jeet Kune Do- Bruce Lee Martial Art
Mondays and Wednesdays 6pm to 7pm
JKD class is the way of the intercepting fist. JKD is a street oriented discipline that allows each student to express themselves. Even though every student is taught the same tools, the body will express itself differently.
Women's
Self-Defense Class
Monday and Wednesday 7:15pm to 8:15pm
15 to 20 min of fitness along with kickboxing technique, situational awareness, and self-defense. You are taught the proper way to throw punches, kicks, and footwork to defend an attacker.
Sweat It Out Saturdays
Saturday 10:00am to 11:00am
Saturday workout consists of HIIT, boxing, or MMA circuit.
